Roadmap for coaching processes
First, we take stock of your current situation and find out where you have the greatest need for change. We will then focus our attention on your biggest ideas and goals, after which I will accompany you for a while in the consistent, step-by-step implementation of the change. Alongside the coaching sessions, you will receive concrete tips for everyday life, instructions or recommendations for implementing your goals.
By becoming clearer about where you stand and where you want to go, you will appear more confident, be able to communicate more clearly and act more effectively. You will simply feel more at ease and enjoy your work more!

- 1.5 days live in the essence coaching room in the countryside south of Vienna + 1h follow-up call
- Reason: personal overload, business crisis, declining performance, no longer able to relax
- Added value: The chaos is organized, harmful patterns are gone, clarity about goals and path incl. schedule, joy returns!
Executive Coaching IMPLEMENT
- Regular support for either 2, 4 or 12 months online/live or via Whatsapp
- Reason: Sustainable implementation of the measures from IMPULS / INTENSE
- Added value: Ensuring implementation, support in the event of "headwinds", practical hands-on recommendations from 20 years of change experience
Methods
Due to my diverse background of experience, I use a wide variety of methods depending on the issue and the person - from the classic systemic solution-oriented approach to art therapy approaches, from system constellations to short hikes in nature.
