I have been supporting people, teams and organizations in change processes for many years. I have gained the expertise for this through a variety of life experiences as a project manager, entrepreneur, therapist, artist, organizational consultant and as a partner in the international consulting firm Königswieser & Network - i.e. I have already radically changed myself several times. In addition, I have learned from family members with addictions how important it is to tackle changes proactively and in good time to avoid slipping into real crises later due to addictions.
And that has become my passion: Reminding people in management positions to consciously shape their environment and their company instead of being driven by external demands.
Through my various professional stations and trainings on a business and human level, it has become clear to me that as a consultant and coach I want to support those people who, in their leadership position, consciously want to create a balance between the needs of people and the sustainable success of the organization.
